A: Yes there is no limit on the amount of emails you send or the frequency you send them at. Though we do monitor the service for excessive use or abuse.

Q: What are templates used for?
A: Templates provide the foundation to your finished newsletter. You can either use the professionally designed stock templates, which are provided as part of the service, or contract us to create your very own template that would include your logo and company branding.

Q: Do I have to use just one template and that’s it?
A: No you can use as many templates as takes your fancy. Even if you have your own personalised template created, you can still use any of the stock templates whenever you choose.

Q: Isn’t this just a spam service?
A: No. Wildfire247 follows best practice and we only advise sending email newsletters to people who have chosen to “opt-in” to your mailing list. They do this by entering their email address into a sign-up form on your website or by giving permission for you to enter it manually.

Q: What’s the difference between email newsletters and spam?
A: Legitimate email newsletters contain useful and relevant business information. They are generally sent to recipients who have given you permission to send them. All newsletters contain an unsubscribe link that allows your recipients to remove themselves from your mailing list at any time.

Q: Do these email newsletters contain an unsubscribe link?
A: Yes all Wildfire247 newsletters include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. This not only follows best practice but it also ensures your newsletters are being viewed by those people who wish to continue receiving them.

Q: Is it possible to segment my mailing list into different groups of recipients?
A: Yes. Using our new Interest Group feature you can add each of your subscribers to different recipient groups. This means you can send different newsletters to different groups of people depending upon their interest in your campaign.

Q: What are bounced emails?
A: These are emails that are unable to reach their destination email address. This can occur for a number of reasons, for example an incorrect email address or simply that the receivers mail server isn’t online.

Q: How do you handle bounced emails?
A: Wildfire247 includes a Bounce Manager that will track any bounced email newsletters and will monitor these to see if future newsletters are delivered. If emails are bounced five times then Wildfire247 will unsubscribe the email address. This will keep your mailing list current and relevant.

Q: Is there a minimum contract length?
A: You pay for the amount of service you require, either on a monthly or annual basis. We do however ask for 30 days notice if you intend to cancel the service.

Q: Can I be confident our mailing list is private & confidential?
A: Absolutely. Any email addresses entered into or collected by Wildfire247 are your sole property. If at any time you wish to download your mailing list a facility is provided within Wildfire247. We do not use your data for any other reason than providing this service to you.

Q: What about data protection?
A: We only store data relevant to providing this service to you. Under no circumstances do we allow 3rd party companies access to your data. You have full access to your mailing list via the Wildfire247 tools at all times. You can also download your mailing lists whenever you wish to.

Q: Do you backup my data?
A: Yes we backup your mailing list on a nightly basis for added peace of mind.

Q: What information do you track when sending emails?
A: We look to see when the email was first viewed and how many repeat views were made. We also provide a list of recipients who have viewed the email newsletter, which is very useful from a sales follow-up point of view.

Q: Would you consider managing my email newsletter on my behalf?
A: Wildfire247 is provided as means to empower you and give you control of your email newsletter campaigns. However, we do occasionally do this for our customers at an additional charge.
